Demetris Voskou

Demetris Voskou brings more than 35 years of experience in the construction and development industry. Starting his building career from scratch, he developed an eye for detail and the experience to produce high-quality projects.

His personal approach to working with teams combines practical demonstration with open communication. He guides the people involved in each project with a focus on quality workmanship.

As a constructor, developer and real estate professional, it is my job to make the construction, property, buying and selling process as easy as possible. That means providing quality information to help you with your next move, whatever it may be.

Although I am a very busy man, I always have time for everyone who enters my office. I enjoy people’s company, and no project is too big or too small for us. I like my clients to be my friends, and to be able to look them in the eyes.

VOSKOU SUNLIGHT TOWER 23
Sunlight Tower

This development of 22 apartments is situated in a residential area of Voroklini Village, also known as Oroklini. The village offers banks, shops and restaurants.

The original project description places the village amenities a short walk away, and the beach, hotels, restaurants and bars along the seafront approximately eight minutes away on foot. Please ask our team for current location and access details.

The 22 apartments surround a central courtyard garden, designed to create a calm atmosphere. A communal roof garden was also included in the original plans, providing outdoor space for residents to enjoy Cyprus’s sunny days.

Crystal Tower

Crystal Tower is a development of 12 apartments in the upper part of Voroklini, with views towards the mountains and the sea.

The original design includes 12 spacious apartments, with three ground-floor homes featuring gardens and verandas. A large private roof terrace for residents provides additional outdoor space.
